How to Exchange Your Product

- The product you wish to exchange
- The new size or color you need
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the product you wish to exchange. Ensure it is clean, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Send the Package: Ship the product to the address provided by our team in response to your email.
What Happens Next?
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange.
- The new product will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days of receiving your exchange request and package.
- We cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you, so you only need to cover the cost of sending the original package to us.
